We offer a fixed of shipping options to cater to your needs. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. At checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options and associated costs. Please find delivery times and costs following.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0-1 business day from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, we are working diligently to get your order ready for shipment as quickly as possible. This means during weekdays, within 24 hours your order will be given to shipping. We try to achieve post in the same day for the orders purchased before 3 PM CEST.

- 0 - 1 handling days (fulfilled Monday - Friday)
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time = Order Processing Time (0-1 business day) + Shipping Duration (DE: 2-4 business days, EU: 2-8 business days)
When considering the shipping duration, total delivery times as follows;
- Germany: 2-5 business days (fulfilled Monday - Saturday)
- EU (outside Germany): 2-9 business days (fulfilled Monday - Saturday)
- Worldwide: not started yet
3. Delivery Costs

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your package. This will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your jewelry.
5. Shipping Locations
We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the EU Economic Area for now. For international orders, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact us via contact@aeraberlin.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
